The blue design is so light and reminds me of watercolor. It could not be more 80s if it tried, between that watercolor print, the peplum and back tie, and the shoulder pads! It's so lovely and spring! 50/50 Polyester-cotton blend. Marked size 11 (but remember that vintage sizes are different from modern, so please check the measurements to ensure a proper fit).
