Blue/Indigo Cropped Flutter Shirt Urban Outfitters

This is a pretty blueish indigo top from Urban Outfitters. Only worn twice! The material is a polyester spandex blend. The shirt is a comfortable tight fit on the torso with a V neck with flutter detail on the front and back. The flutter sleeves hit just past the corner of the shoulder.
