Spaghetti strap form fitting blue sparkle dress. Vintage Tag says 11/12 but the form fitting material lets anyone from size 6 to 11 wear it. It has a side zipper closure. No matter how I tried I couldn't capture the way the blue shimmers through as the material moves. Dress is long. Comes down below the knee. Criss cross straps on the open back.
