Blue white blouse with flowing back‎ bow

This top is awesome! It's a chevron pattern in white and blue with a cascading back bow that is blue in color. I've received compliments every time I've worn this top. It had a very itchy tag that I cut out and now I don't remember the brand. It's in great condition! It's 23 1/2 inches long and 19 inches from armpit to armpit.
