Blue teal dress

Blue teal halter top, form fitting, flowy skirt dress. Worn about 5 times to junior prom and some sweet 16s (about 18 years ago 😂). One professional alteration made to add a stitch in the top as it felt too open on my small frame. Step in/pull over to get on and tie halter top. No padding in halter top. Perfect for homecoming, prom/junior prom, wedding guest, or other formal party dress.
