Blue strapless romper with ruffles, drawstring

I love this romper!! It can be hard to find a romper that fits in the chest and in the hips but this one's does the trick! I purchased this strapless blue romper in Spain. It features ruffles at the top all the way around the garment, a drawstring dropped waist and cuffed shorts. It is a mixture of (60%) cotton and (40%) silk.
