Blue soft midi dress

This dress is tight at the bottom area, it is a true size small. Fabric is stretchy and feels like suede. Very classy due to the length (pass the knees). The neck line can be worn several ways. I have two dresses (one is new with tags which is this posting) and the other, I’m keeping for myself:) So just to be clear, I have a brand new dress in original plastic packing with tags.
