Blue skirt with dot embellishment in fabric from boutique in Capri, Italy

The picture doesn’t do it justice! This is a fun and fancy skirt—elastic waist with a side zipper and 2 front pockets. Pale blue with a hint of shimmer in the horizontal strands and subtle polka dots. I obsessed over this skirt on a trip to Italy then gained weight and never wore it.
