Blue silk like material shift dress

Super cute shift dress in blue. Sleeves hit to just past my elbows with accent buttons. Length is about mid thigh. Round collar line. No stains or marks. Smoke free home. Worn it a few times, always received compliments. It’s just a bit shorter on me than it used to be.
