Blue sequined rosette dress size 18w

Another find from my moms closet. This dress is in amazing condition. The only slight damage there is, is to one of the hanger straps, the stitching has come loose but it’s still totally useable, and there’s no damage to the dress itself. It features sequined rosettes at the top, and ruching at the waist in a draped design. The brand is enfocus women, and it’s a size 18w.
