Blue sequence dress with one shoulder ( off the shoulder) short with zipper on side. Black ribbon across waist optional. Silk sheer lining inside. Smoke free home cats can’t get to it. No damage to dress. Might not have been even warn. Length from top 30” appears to be run small looks more like a 6 than an 8. Last pics are with some of my necklaces for sale that would go with it.
