Blue saw polkadot asymmetric pleated skirt

this pretty skirt starts with a fitted waistband and a zipper. The fabric is a sheer cream woven Polly with tan polkadots. It’s been pleaded to an asymmetric jagged ham. Lined in excellent condition condition.
