This is a brand new ring ! It was in it’s original packaging before being removed for photos.  Genuine blue kanchanaburi sapphire surrounded by white zircon accent stones. Set in platinum plated over sterling silver. Size 5. 1.10 ctw. Sapphire has been heat treated for color.
