Blue ring

I don't know if this ring is real or fake it's very very pretty I got it from a family member she never told me the price of it how much it went for what it was made out of so I don't know exactly it is a smaller ring more for smaller fingers or hands around 3 years old very pretty the case is in mint condition the ring itself is in mint condition I've only wore it around two times I don't know about anything else I have cleaned it multiple times before touching it or selling it
