Blue polka dot dress, black felt-ish polka dots. Super cute rare vintage piece. Light weight somewhat metallic ish dark blue material, black felt polka dots. Stretchy in back to give some give around the torso, zipper closure. Love love love this dress, just not in my 20s or a rocking size 2-very small 4 anymore. Practically new, no flaws.
