Blue patchwork patterned skirt

Blue patchwork patterned dress. Elastic waistband with gold V shaped hardware buckle detail. Really cute. Brand is Dong Chang, made in Korea. No marked size tag but I'd suggest for a medium/large in women's. Has a 29" waist but stretches. Please check measurements listed below to make sure it fits the way you'd like. Flaw: does have wear in the gold bucklet and there is a tiny knick on the inside, doesn't show outside. Shown in pics. Also buckle does come off on the right side, not sure if it's supposed to be like that or if the clasp at the back has to be clamped and tightened. Measures 14.5 inches at the waist (29 inches but stretches to 34 inches easily), hips are 23 inches (46 inches) and it is 32 inches long. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits. Used item, has been washed.
