Blue open front knitted cardigan with Multicolored Stripes Pockets, Medium

A lightweight to medium open front knitted cardigan with Multicolored Stripes, Long Sleeves and Pockets, Primary colors are blue. No brand name, material, care or size tag. Approximate measurements are: 30 length front, 26 back, 26 armpit to armpit, and 25 shoulder to wrist. Based on measurements, I would think it fits close to a medium. Never worn.
