Blue lamb ceramic planter blue, vintage gift, kitsch

Many vintage ceramic planters feature baby animals. The colors and design on this are unique. It has a delightful dark blue lamb on dark green grass. The colors are excellent and vibrant. There is only one small blemish as seen just above the face where a small chip of paint is missing. This is a typical vintage new baby gift —and could hold a small plant. It would still make a terrific gift for someone with a new baby--they could use the planter to hold any number of items that might be useful in a baby room or near a changing table or just to decorate the room with an absolutely adorable little blue lamb. Except for the fact that it doesn't really go with anything in my home, I would hold on to this little lovey just because it is so cute. It stands about 5 1/2 high and about 6 long, by 4 inches wide.
