Blue floral ruffle shoulder top, size 3X

This sleeveless top is a cornflower blue color with a navy and white floral print. It has ruffled shoulders, elastic at the bottom to give a billowy effect, and a v-cut neckline in both the front and back. The material is a polyester spandex blend with good stretch and it’s new without tags from a boutique. It measures about 24” from underarm to underarm and about 30” in length. B4
