Adorable dress I found at a small town boutique in Michigan. It’s a bright baby blue color, has ruffle shoulders, and falls at mid-low shin on me (5’4”). Only worn once!

mgracem12 @chris0chris it does have a lining! It’s lined on the entire dress except for the flutter sleeves. And it’s 100% cotton. I added some pics for you.

mgracem12 @chris0chris waist is 13.5 in, but the back is elastic (see pic) and there is a waist tie so theres stretch if needed or it can be tightened if needed. Pit to pit is 16.

chris0chris @mgracem12 great, thank you! In your opinion, would you think 34D fit? I usually need at least 17 inches pit-pit especially when the fabric doesn’t have any stretch…

mgracem12 @chris0chris unfortunately this one might be a little snug because the waist has stretch but the chest area doesn’t have much. I’m 32B and it wasn’t tight but there wasn’t a lot of extra room either
