Blue dress with white design

Blue dress with white design all over. It has an elastic waist band and in good condition except for my name on the back from pst experiences the name is on the inside and you can’t see it unless you look inside the dress. To make up for the name I put in a free harvest apple body lotion. The lotion will be sealed tight so no accidents happen.❤️✨
