I am selling this blue lace off the shoulder Jovani dress! I wore this dress one time it is in great condition. The only alterations I had done was cups put in because it came with none. This dress is a size 2-4 it’s not very tight so it can go either way. I am also 5’7” and I wore heals but this dress had a little bit of a train so it can be hemmed.
