Blue, black and silver bracelet

Pretty stretch bracelet has what looks like blue stones and silver beads. I think the bracelet has see-through plastic beads with something inside that makes it look like blue stones. It is a stretch bracelet, but it is on the smaller side so please check measurements prior to purchasing.
