Blue and white striped cropped peplum top XS

Blue and white striped peplum top with pretty tie detail at back of neck and side zipper for a fitted look. Cropped with puff sleeves and elastic at the wrists. Only worn a couple of times, great condition. A really pretty spring top with white jeans or shorts.
