Blue and white pinstriped jeans

They are labeled size 8 but they fit more like a 2-4. In my opinion H&M brand runs small. I wore them once and love them but since ive been stuck inside eating for 3 months they no longer fit. Super cute blue and white pinstripes. They do have just a tiny bit of stretch. Let me know if you need measurements.
