Blue and white flower dress

H&M dress with elastic top, the sleeves hang off your shoulders but depending on how broad your shoulders are you maybe able to get them to stay up, this dress is super cute and flowy! I’ve already washed it once or twice so no worry of it shrinking again (like I know some H&M clothes do). I’ve only worn this once to a spring wedding so it is in great shape!! It’s super comfy and cute but it just doesn’t fit me too well anymore It is a small but since the top is so elastic it may fit a medium!
