Blue and white floral tank top/ blouse NWOT

Free people top with delicate blue and white floral print. It has buttons down the front and lace trim around the bottom and neckline of the top. It also has a second tier on the inside which creates a layered effect at the bottom. This top runs slightly large. New without tags/ never worn!
