Blue and white floral maxi dress, Anthropologie

Anthropologie Vanessa Virginia Capuchina blue floral maxi dress crossed back with attached tie. *brand and size tag have been removed* but, it fits a size small/4. Measures approx 15" across from armpit to armpit when laid flat and 13" across the waist with some stretch. Pullover style, no zipper. 58" long from the top of the shoulder to hem. Very good used condition shows some light wash wear.
