Blue and white Striped Dress

This dress has actually never been worn before I got it from a boutique I worked at but I never actually worn it Has a V neck and tie-able straps on the side some cute little tan buttons they are real it is flowly but the tie-able strips helps to kinda form fit in those areas and cinch the waist a little
