Blue and black DVF sheath size 6

Worn once for a conference, this blue and black DVF sheath is great for the office or a cocktail party. Excellent condition. The front is blue with flattering ruching and the back is black. Size 6 but stretchy and could probably fit a 4 or a small 8.
