Blue and White Tiered Ruffled Maxi Sundress

Gorgeous Rue Stiic Sea Shell dress with adjustable tie back. NWT - originally bought for over $200! Haven’t worn it because it always has been a bit too big for my frame (particularly the top area). I’m 5 feet tall and quite petite for reference. I’m sad to let this one go but I think it would be better for someone not as tiny!
