Blue and White Striped Jacket

Works as a jacket or a top...buttons down the front, with cute mismatched striping and a bit of a ruffle at the stand-up collar. I love this piece, but doesn't quite fit anymore. Great for work or for weekend with jeans. Size label is gone, but I would guess 12/Large.
