Blue and White Girls Formal/Party Dress

This dress was worn once for a cotillion. It is very nice quality, purchased from a girls boutique. There is a small stain that would come out with a dry cleaner. Cute mesh back, falls around knees or above depending on one’s height. PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE!!!!
