Blue and White Floral Mini Dress

1 of my favorite dresses ever, only worn once in Vegas! Very flouncy circular skirt, zip up back. Lightly padded up top. Attached sash that ties at back. Material does have a little stretch. Back at top has elastic. Pit to pit is approximately 18” across. Waist is 15 1/2” length is 33”. Perfect condition! Bought from a boutique in Manhattan Beach, CA ❤️
