Blue and Purple Rubber Plastic Looking Beaded Bracelet

No bead it looks dotted. It’s rubber plastic molded together. On the purple parts there’s some symbols. I was the first one to buy it. When I came back to the store on its next weekend the kids were smashing packages nearby and a white and dark blue version of it was on the ground.
