Blue Vitange petticoat size s/m Pre loved Good Condition royal blue front pockets tag missing it will fit small or medium heavy coat Good materials, feels like wool double lining. shoulder pads missing. the buttons were replaced with the silver ones shown in the pictures. Great for cold climates. I used to live in Chicago, and now that I have moved to California, i don't need any more. very stylish
