Blue Velvet and Lace Cardigan

Size small Indigo Thread Co. Elegant teal blue velvet open cardigan with lace details with tie dye accents, which add some extra flair! As an added bonus, it has pockets! It has good coverage front and back, very comfortable and versatile. I took some measurements of the garment, but it was hard to measure as it tapers, so, I put it on myself for reference, I am 5' 4", and this is how it fits me. It is truly a beautiful garment!
