Blue Velvet Rhinestone Cat Collar

Adorable rhinestone embellished blue velvet collar for your cat. This is 9” with a few adjustable holes for the buckle which is embellished as well. Had a bow at the top I had my cat for a week before realizing the allergy! This is a collar she wore less than that week, I sanitized it and shows no wear and I believe it was from the Martha Stewart collection. Thanks for looking!
