Amazing one of a kind handmade cobalt blue velvet coat. Fully lined, body with fake fur, and sleeves with satin. Bracelet length sleeves. Double breasted. POCKETS. Measures approx 20” flat across bust. Would fit a large best-I’m an XL and it was just a bit too tight in the arms and bust. This is a GORGEOUS dinner or special occasion coat. Very warm and heavy.
