nancyzorn @lessyn I don't know because designers aren't using a universal size system. I didn't my best to measure the dress flat. Pit to pit is 15" . Waist is 13.5" . Hips are 18.5. All are approximate. Delivery depends on date of purchase and USPS but the price a buyer pays for shipping is 3 day delivery.
