Blue Velour Matching Set

Custom Joanne Zimmerman two piece set. It is two separate pieces - the bottoms are just safety pinned to the top for hanging purposes. This 2 piece set has been used for dance / cheer photos, but could also do well for pageant wear or any kind of performance wear. The top was custom sewn so there is no sizing. I can provide measurements upon request. The size is comparable to a little girls 5/6 - she was 5 when she wore it. The bottoms are Kandi Couture (size cm) with custom crystals/bedazzling to match the top. It is not cobalt blue like the cowboys (last photo) - it is cerulean
