Blue Two Piece Jovani Prom Dress

WORN ONCE! Bought in 2017. A blue, open backed, sequined, two-piece prom dress. It looks more like a royal blue in natural light and navy blue in other lighting. The sparkles are way more visible than the website picture, it looks best in person. Size 0. Hemmed to fit my height with shoes. I’m 5’1” and was wearing 4” heels. Open to price negotiations
