Blue Tiered Ruffled Halter Maxi Dress

Cornflower blue sleeveless halter neckline and a flowing tiered skirt with voluminous ruffles, ideal for prom or as a wedding guest/bridesmaid. Wore this for a few hours as a bridesmaid, very sad to part with it but I have too many weddings this year I need other dresses for. I’m a size 4-6 usually, I’d say this runs a little bigger.
