This dress is a gorgeous shimmer blue color with ruffles that make for a very flattering silhouette. Tie waist and clips at the neckline in the back. NWT size medium! Material is stretchy. The body is lined but the sleeves are sheer. The very last photo in the navy is the same dress in a different color, just attaching to show how it fits. I bought two and only wore the darker one so this one for sale has never been worn!
