Blue Tassel Ruffled Waistless Mini Dress

Easy dress up or dress down blue sleeveless dress with large fun ruffled details. Gorgeous royal blue color. Wore to Kentucky Derby. Has pockets, neck button closure with slit in back. Pre-owned in excellent condition. Runs very large based on other reviews, I typically wear between xs and S in depresses but sized down to XXS for this one. For height reference in attached photos I am 5’2, not too short on me.
