Blue Tank Dress

Simple dress with bow tie around waist. Super soft and stretchy. Top portion is form fitting as a tank top, with a circle skirt bottom that has a lot of movement and is free-flowing. Very lightweight. Great for warm weather or summer outfits. Excellent pre-owned condition. Normal signs of light wear. Some pilling on the top portion. Please see photos.
