This lovely blue sun dress is by a boutique brand called By The River. Size Large. It has been washed but never actually worn, only tried on. It has an elastic empire waist. It measures about 40" from the collar to the bottom of the skirt. Yhe gabric is soft and textured on the outer layer, and there is a soft slip layer underneath. Gently used.
