Blue Summer Dress with bow tie

Perfect summer dress! It has a pretty scarf attached around the neck that can be worn many ways. I bought this dress at a boutique in Portsmouth NH. There was a tag that I cut off on the scarf. I took a picture, I didn’t want to yank it off any further. Dress is in great condition no stains or holes.
