Blue Striped Cold Shoulder Top

The pretty cornflower and white striped top has lots of great touches. A ruffle runs all the way around, the elbow length sleeves have ties that can either be knotted or finished with bows, and the length looks great tucked or untucked. It’s an undoubtedly feminine piece but the blue stripes are menswear-adjacent and make it a little more interesting. Minor pilling, but no other flaws.
