Blue Strapless long Sequin hand Beaded bodice Semila&Co dress Prom Formal Party

STRAPLESS Samila & Co Colbalt Blue Prom Formal event long dress. SIZE 4 Worn once in 2015. It has since been stored in the plastic bag in a box. The younger sister always wanted it for her prom but it unfortunantly didn't fit. The last picture shows where a hook fell off the back clasp. We had to "make" one with thread. Front length: top of bodice to hem: 53" long Base of bodice measures (across): 12" Beaded work on bodice breast: 8" long Please review measurements for specific sizing since there is no size tag attached.
